Yogic Stretching & Oriental Wellness Massages

This session is ideal for anyone who has a stressful life,
needs some relaxation and who needs to loosen up tightness in the body.
In this one-on-one session you will first receive assisted
and passive Yin Yoga stretching, meaning that it is your own body weight and
gravity that we facilitate to bring you into the perfect stretch. A gentle
massage will follow to conclude the session and to bring your body in perfect
harmony.

Physically,
Yin Yoga
stretches help lengthen our connective tissues and unlocks the fascia. This can
improve your flexibility, while it also strengthens and calms the nervous
system.
Mentally,
Yin Yoga
stretches can help focus and calm the mind. We will learn staying relaxed even
though some of the stretches might gently push us to the edge of our comfort
zone.
Energetically,
Yin Yoga stretches help to remove energetic blockages along the meridians system
in order to improve the flow of Qi or Prana.
