What to expect

Is this only for weight loss?

The program is called "Weight Balance" intentionally — it's about finding a healthy equilibrium that's right for your body, which may look different for everyone. Some clients want to lose weight, others want to feel more energized or break a cycle of yo-yo dieting. All are welcome.

Can I combine coaching with acupuncture treatments?

Absolutely, and many clients find this combination very effective. Acupuncture can support digestion, stress regulation, sleep, and hormonal balance — all of which play a role in weight and wellbeing.

Is health coaching covered by extended health insurance?

Health coaching is generally not covered by extended health plans. However, some health spending accounts may allow it — please check with your individual plan.
